Dog Waste Management

Commercial Process

How It Works?

Schedule Free Consultation

The first step in solving your community’s dog waste problem is to fill out the form on this page and schedule a free consultation. Whether you're a property manager or the president of a local HOA, Scoop Troop is here to help make your community cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone.

1

Site Visits & Fact Finding

Depending on the size of your community, our team will walk your commercial property to identify problem areas, listen to your concerns, and recommend solutions to either reduce or completely eliminate the dog waste issue. For smaller properties, or if you're aware of specific problem areas, we can provide an accurate quote without needing a site visit. However, we're always happy to visit and evaluate your property in person to ensure the best solution.

2

Formal Recommendations

Once we've gathered all the necessary information about your community and completed a site visit, our team of professional pooper scoopers will create a complimentary pet waste management plan tailored to your property. These plans typically include recommendations for dog waste station placements, the square footage of common areas that need to be manually cleaned, and the service frequency needed to effectively reduce your dog waste problem.

3

Starting Services

Our pet waste management proposals typically offer several options to fit different budgets. Once you select the plan that works for your community, simply sign off on the proposal, and our team will schedule your property for service. If your property requires the installation of dog waste stations, we'll call in a locate to ensure we avoid utility lines and place the order for your supplies.

4

Ongoing Services

Our common area cleaning service not only addresses the dog waste problem but also includes picking up any trash on your property that fits into our scooping buckets. If you have dog waste station maintenance scheduled, our team will remove the dog waste, replace the bags, notify you of any vandalism or damaged stations, and clean a 10-foot radius around each station during every visit.
