Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up, we'll reach out to schedule your first cleanup and guide you through the entire process.

Set Up Customer Portal
A Scoop Troop representative will guide you through the process of the portal setup.

Attach Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments via bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is set up, Scoop Troop will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. You can also view these records in the customer portal. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule.
